From Mumbai,I went to Bangalore and reached around 8.30 pm and called Uber for my home travel,after ten minutes,one driver called and he said he will come after five minutes,but then he came after thirty minutes. He stopped his car very far from the arrival gate and could not explain where he parked the car. I connected to the local security and found where he parked his car and went to his place, it was very far. After hiring i told him where he need to go. He said he knows the address and will take me to my house.. he started went around some dark place and the stretch was very bad. He did not take me in the correct route. I asked him to turn on the GPS system but he denied and then went on his route. I immediately started smelling wrong route, that too in a dark place.. I told him I am from police department and showed my I D card. Then he realized. He started to travel in the correct route. This what has happened to me and I request ur department to take necessary action and remove his name and his car From your list. He can harm anyone,with his attitude. God saved me

  2. Today morning I lost my phone in the cab and the driver had not returned it to me instead denied knowing anything. I wanted to file a complaint but I was not able to login as the otp was sent to the number I lost. I am really dissatisfied and disappointed with the uber services as they are not at all customer friendly and I request people not to leave anything in the cab as they don’t provide any option to complaint against the driver.
